Welcome to the Finance Department of Suffolk Public Schools. We are extremely proud of our teachers and support employees for all they do to help our students shine. And we are proud to serve as a major support department to help all employees do the best job they can with available resources.

Have You Moved or Changed Your Address?

It is very important to keep your mailing address current.  Please take a moment to check your last pay stub to make sure your address is correct.  If not, please complete a “Change of Status Form” and mail it back to Human Resources and notify payroll immediately.

Lost Your W2 Form?

If you lost your W-2 form and need a replacement, you may mail or fax a written, signed request for a replacement to Rose Lee in the Finance Department.  Our address is P.O. Box 1549, Suffolk, VA 23439-1549 and our fax number is 757-925-6763.  Or you may make the request via email to Rose Lee through the Suffolk Public Schools address listing.  Replacement W-2s will be mailed the following Monday after your request is received.  Link here for the form.
