What is the Foundation?
It is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established to enhance Suffolk Public Schools, through partnership with the community.
How are funds raised?
By approaching a variety of sources. We solicit the financial support of school personnel, students, and parents; businesses and trust funds; civic groups and churches; as well as retired citizens and other residents through memorial gifts and estates. Fund-raising events are planned each year such as a golf tournament and the State of the Schools reception.
Why give to the SEF?
Suffolk is our home. Today's students will soon be our employees, our customers, our community leaders, the country's decision makers -- our future. Contributing to the Suffolk Education foundation today is an investment in a better, stronger tomorrow for us all! The Foundation is committed to improving the quality of education in our community.
Our Students are Going Places, and your donation can help them get there!
