Vendors are encouraged to register and update their contact information at their earliest convenience.  Click on Bidder's Application under Customer Service in the navigation menu and it will take you to our online registration.  Please enter all of your contact information and select the commodities you are interested in.  We are excited about these changes and know that they will improve the way we conduct business.  Feel free to call Debbie Eaton, Administrative Secretary, at 757-925-6762 if you have any questions.

Although we strongly encourage all vendors to register, Suffolk Public Schools reserves the right to notify vendors not listed on the bidder's list of current solicitations that have been posted to the website in order to provide as much competition as possible.  Not being on the bidder's list will not prevent a vendor from participating in any solicitation.

Mission Statement

The Purchasing Department for Suffolk Public Schools seeks to serve all areas of the district in providing a high quality of goods and services at a reasonable cost. It is also our goal that any procurement of goods and services shall be conducted in a fair and impartial manner and that all qualified vendors shall have access to doing business with Suffolk Public Schools. In addition, we provide guidance to schools and departments in purchasing procedures and provide term contracts to make routine purchases more convenient.
