- Take practice exams.
- Quiz yourself on material.
- Practice timing yourself for a timed test.
- Write down important formulas, facts, definitions and key words.

- Take several deep breaths and exhale slowly.
- Close your eyes and visualize a peaceful setting
- Tense your arms for a count of five and then relax.

- Engage in positive self talk.

- “I studied and I am prepared.”
- “I am going to work at my own pace until I am done.”
- Work at your own pace.
- Concentrate on your own test and not others.
- Skip difficult items and try them later.
- Don’t rush. Read each question carefully.
