Cognos Web Report Instructions

• Open Internet Explorer
• Double click on the address bar, type iwr and hit enter
• Login to the website using your windows account (ex. johsmith)

• On the left of the screen you should see your news box with folder(s) below it

• Click on the desired folder
• On the right of the screen you should now see the reports

• Click on the report you wish to run
• Login to the database with your StudentPlus/GSMS account (jsmith)
• The next screen will say to reenter your database login, ignore this and click next
• Select the school to run the report for and click finish

• Your report should be running and will open in adobe
