PARENT ADVISORY COUNCIL

Each Title I school schedules regular Title I parent meetings and appoints two representatives to serve on the District-wide Parent Advisory Committee. As members of this committee, parents and teachers meet regularly to review and assist in the planning and evaluation of the schools’ and district's Title I programs.

Title I District Advisory Meetings are held quarterly at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:

November 19, 2007 King’s Fork Middle School
March 17, 2008 King’s Fork Middle School
May 19, 2008 King’s Fork Middle School

Twice a year, Council is extended an invitation to tour Title I schools and meet with the Title I teachers and principals. The totur is arranged by the parent relations facilitator, Bonnie Maki.
