Parent Perception Survey Closes Friday, March 16

Hopefully by now, you have received an email from Suffolk Public Schools inviting you to participate in the 2018 Parent Perception Survey. The last day to complete the online survey is this Friday — March 16.Our school uses the information from the survey to help identify areas for improvement. This survey provides an excellent opportunity for parents to provide feedback about Suffolk Public Schools and to express perceptions about the learning environment at our school.If we have an email for your family in our student information system, you should have received an email invitation on Feb. 19. Reminders to those who hadn’t yet responded were sent Feb. 27 and March 12. That email included a school-specific web link to take parents directly to an online survey for each child’s school. The subject line of those emails is our school’s name and “Parent Perception Survey.”If you didn’t receive an email, please contact Bethanne Bradshaw, Public Information Officer at email@example.com. Include your email address and which school(s) your child or children attend so she can send you the appropriate survey link. If you prefer, a PDF copy is attached which you can print out, complete and return to the school or send to Ms. Bradshaw.In all cases, responses will remain anonymous and be combined with responses of other families at the school.
