Class Rules/

Expectations

1. Come to class on time with all supplies.

2. Secure your instrument and be prepared to play after four minutes of arrival.

3. Do not play any instrument or talk without permission.

4. Keep your hands to yourself.

5. Students are released by the teacher not by the bell.

2.  Band Book– Standard of Excellence (Book I or II as designated by the director)

3.  Theory Book—Standard of Excellence (Beginning Band only)

4.  Pen, pencil and  a highlighter

5.  Music Dictionary

6.  Band notebook

7.  Care supplies for maintenance and performance (reeds, oil, cork grease, and cleaning materials)
