Text Box: Today’s overview of the 9th grade Math curriculum will include: Completing a basic addition and subtraction assessment. Completing a basic mathematical properties assessment. Participation in a variety of group activities that will demonstrate mathematical properties. Text Box: Today’s overview of the 9th grade Reading program will include: An assessment to demonstrate basic knowledge of reading comprehension, vocabulary decoding, and other reading skills.

Today’s overview of the Technology program will include:

 

· An introduction on navigating through educational websites on the computer including:

                        1. Browse Lakeland website

                        2. Browse Suffolk Public Schools website

                        3. Locate specific information from both websites to complete

                            scavenger hunt handout

                        4. Create new folders and explain how to utilize “My Documents”
