The students and staff raised $794 for the Suffolk Education Foundation. The March of Dimes received a donation of $2,679 from Driver students and staff. Jump Rope for Heart received a donation of $7,713 from Driver students and staff. This school year, $2,900 was raised to support the United Way. |

Test Scores
The Virginia Standards of Learning
(SOLs) are a framework of basic skills students in each grade
level should learn in English, math, science, social studies,
and technology.
The SOL tests are given each
spring to measure students' success in meeting these state
standards. The 2007 benchmark for elementary grades is a 75% pass rate in English, 70% in math, 70% in science and 70% in history.
