The winter Olympics are coming to Southwestern Elementary School. The third grade is competing in the winter Olympics P.E. Style. The students will be participating in all types of activities.
The Second graders are working on their manipulative skills by learning to play Kickball. We are having lots of fun. And I am seeing great sportsmanship from our students.
Kindergarten and first grade are continuing with their manipulative skills. And have a blast while doing it.
Fourth graders will be learning about the F.I.T.T. principal and how it relates to healthy bodies.
Fifth graders are going to begin their basketball unit.
Please remind all students to wear their sneakers on P.E. day to help us prevent injuries. We are doing a great job with that so far.
