Third Grade News:
HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM THE THIRD GRADE TEAM!!
We will be learning about the following objectives in December: Reading ~ Fiction (author’s purpose, drawing conclusions, sequencing, summarizing, understand plots of fairy tales, myths, folktales, legends, and fables)
Writing ~descriptive paragraphs and letter writing Math ~ fractions, multiplication, and inverse relationships Science ~ physical and behavioral adaptations of animals Social Studies ~ Ancient Civilizations of Greece, Rome, and Mali
Remember to have your child read nightly, and help your child memorize the basic multiplication facts (0-9).
