Web Accessibility Statement

Suffolk Public Schools recognizes the importance of ensuring its websites are accessible to those with disabilities.  The school division is committed to making information accessible and is working to increase the accessibility and usability of its websites. Suffolk Public Schools regularly scans and tests its websites to identify and resolve accessibility issues.

Good faith efforts are being made to ensure SPS websites comply with web accessibility standards, specifically, level AA or the Word Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

Please note that some pages on SPS websites might contain links to third-party sites. SPS is not responsible for the content, facts, opinions, or accessibility of third-party sites.

Suffolk Public Schools welcomes questions, comments, and suggestions on ways to improve our website accessibility.

Please contact Bethanne Bradshaw in the Public Information & Community Relations Office by emailing bethannebradshaw@spsk12.net.
