As previously announced to our school community, Suffolk Public Schools is attempting to begin a hybrid model after winter break with elementary students who have opted for face to face instruction to start on January 4, 2021, and secondary to start on January 11, 2021.

As we continue to monitor the local health data to make this decision, we will also review for adjusting the dates to return students to school who have opted for a face-to-face (Hybrid) instruction return to school model. 

If you opted for your child to attend any Suffolk Public School in a Hybrid Model learning environment, you MUST complete a Parent Acknowledgement form. The form must be returned to the school BEFORE your child attends for in-person learning.
