Yes, all students at all schools are eligible to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost.

Funds available from our older system have already been transferred to School Cafe. Please create a new account on School Cafe to see your account balance. https://family.schoolcafe.com/SCSP. Email Kelli Randolph at kellirandolph@spsk12.net for questions about student or staff funds.

All SPS students attending school in person are eligible to receive a P-EBT card for Summer 2023. This is because all students at Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) public schools are receiving breakfast and lunch at no cost are eligible. These cards are issued by the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS). SPS is not able to issue P-EBT cards. Please contact VDSS with questions. Please direct questions to the P-EBT Call Center at 866-513-1414 or 804-294-1633 Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. You may also use the P-EBT Online Inquiry Form.

SPS operates the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which allows all of our students the opportunity to eat breakfast and lunch at no cost.

Email your request to Kelli Randolph at KelliRandolph@spsk12.net along with the child's name, school and mailing address.

The CEP program only allows for one breakfast and lunch per student to be reimbursed. Students may choose to purchase a second meal using their account.

A reimbursable meal is a meal that meets the requirements to claim for federal funds. See example photo below:

You can view lunch menus online or on the LINQ Connect App (Formerly Titan) If you previously had a Titan family Portal account it is the same username and password just a new name and upgraded features. https://linqconnect.com/public/menu/5DJPRG

Students must take a reimbursable meal, in order to participate in the program and receive meals at no cost. This is a federal program requirement.

We must have accountable in order to meet participate in the CEP program. Accounts are also required if students wish to purchase snacks.
