Special Ed Transportation Form for 2018-19

On Friday, June 15th a letter was mailed to all students who require Special Education transportation detailing the addresses that will be used to create their route information.


To avoid any delays with your child’s Special Education transportation during the first week of school please verify that the information that was mailed to you on June 15, 2018 is correct.  If your child is NOT in need of the Special Education transportation that will be arranged for him/her or if any of the information on your form is INCORRECT, please complete this Special Education Transportation Correction Form by Friday, July 6, 2018. 


If for any reason a change to your child’s pick up or drop off address occurs before you receive their transportation arrangements in August please be sure to contact the Special Education Department at 757-925-6764 or the school listed on your form.


Any changes submitted to the Transportation Department AFTER Friday, August 24, 2018 will not take effect UNTIL Tuesday, September 11, 2018 due to the complexity involved in changing special routes.
