Research Study Requests
Individuals or organizations interested in conducting a research study within Suffolk Public Schools must submit a formal Request for Approval of a Research Study for review. All proposed research is carefully evaluated to ensure it aligns with the division’s mission, protects student and staff confidentiality, and meets applicable ethical, legal, and instructional standards.
Applicants are required to complete the official research request form, obtain all required signatures, and submit supporting documentation as part of a single, complete request packet. The completed packet must be submitted electronically and in hard copy to the Office of Testing and Research for consideration. Requests that are incomplete or submitted outside of the established process will not be reviewed. Suffolk Public Schools appreciates the interest of researchers and values studies that contribute meaningfully to educational practice and student success.
