Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremonies Important Graduation Parking, Entry Procedures, and Ceremony Schedule

The safety, security, and overall experience of our students, families, and guests remain our top priority as we prepare to celebrate the Class of 2026 commencement ceremonies at Chartway Arena. We would like to share several important reminders regarding parking and event procedures for graduation this year:

Graduation Ceremony Schedule (Doors will open to the public 1 hour prior to each ceremony)

  • King's Fork High School – 9:00 AM
  • Nansemond River High School – 12:30 PM
  • Lakeland High School – 4:00 PM

Parking Fees
Previously, we communicated that families and guests would be responsible for parking fees during graduation ceremonies. However, Suffolk Public Schools will now cover all parking expenses associated with graduation. As a result, parking will be free for all graduates and their attendees. Parking for Chartway arena events is available in the Constant Center 43rd Street Garage and Constant Center 45th Street Garage.

Yearbook Purchases
Yearbooks will be sold at all three graduation ceremonies.

Bag Protocol
Suffolk Public Schools’ Bag Protocol will remain in effect for all Class of 2026 commencement ceremonies. We encourage guests to review bag requirements in advance to help ensure a smooth entry process: https://www.spsk12.net/students/athletics-activities/bag-protocol
