Trinity Woodson

Trinity Woodson is a 2018 graduate from Lakeland High School. She is currently a junior at Hampton University with a Political Science major, Pre-Law track. Ms. Woodson has a background in political engagement and advocacy, including internships with the Congressional Black Caucus and U.S. Rep. Donald McEchin.

This year, Trinity was appointed to America's Promise Alliance Board of Directors for the new cohort of youth leaders. She is a member of the Greer Dawson Wilson Student Leadership Training Program, the HU Student Golden Key International Honor Society, His Chosen Sounds Gospel  Choir,  a lifetime member of the Girls Scouts of America, and a silver life member of the NAACP.

Ms. Woodson is also a member of the National PTA and the Urban League. Her accolades include Recording Secretary of the Political Science Club, President of the Upsilon Theta Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society, and Public Relations Chair of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. In Aug. 2020, Ms. Woodson was awarded by the George H. W Bush Points of Light Foundation for her community service. In Sept. 2020, she was named on their National Inspiration Honor Roll.
