Help us serve you better by participating in the 2021-22 Parent Perception Survey!

Each year, Suffolk Public Schools invites parents with students in grades K-12 to provide feedback to our school district on the quality of programs, title 1 services, family involvement, school safety, communication, discipline, and technology.

Beginning today, Monday, March 7, through Thursday, March 31, you will receive an invitation via email with specific directions and a web link to complete the online survey. Parents with children in more than one school will receive an email invitation for each school where they have a child enrolled. Emails will come from the email address [email protected]

Please also be reminded to check your spam/junk folders. At times, the email may go to a spam folder. If preferred, parents, you may pick up a paper copy of the survey at your child's school.
