Suffolk Public Schools and Rite Aid will be offering a COVID-19 vaccine clinics for students ages 12+ and staff at the following locations on Friday, October 8, 2021:

Col. Fred Cherry Middle School
Forest Glen Middle School
John F. Kennedy Middle School
John Yeates Middle School
King's Fork Middle School
King's Fork High School
Lakeland High School
Nansemond River High School
College and Career Academy at Pruden (CCAP)

Participation will be based on the order in which completed consent forms are received by the school nurse. 

Due to scheduling and time constraints there may be a limit as to how many vaccinations are able to be given at each location.  Consent forms will be due by close of business on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 to obtain vaccine dose counts.

A second dose clinic for those receiving dose one on October 8th will be offered on Friday, October 29, 2021 following the same process as outlined above.
