Absence notes:
Please be sure to include the student’s first and last names, teacher, dates and reason for absence. Without this information, the absence cannot be excused.
Early pick-up:
If you need to pick your student up early for an appointment, please be sure to notify the teacher in writing. If the class is at lunch, recess or resource, he/she can be packed up and ready. We will call your student to the main foyer once you arrive. This will minimize your wait time after you sign out. 
Dismissal changes:
All dismissal changes and updates must be sent with your student in writing.
It’s that time of year!
Label all coats, jackets, backpacks, lunchboxes, etc., with your child’s name. We have already had many lost items.
