Attention CFCMS runners and families!
You are invited to participate in our CFCMS Heart and Sole Spring season. Meetings are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. Please see the flyer below for all important details. The season starts February 28 but registration is open now!
