All current physicals expire on May 31st. For your student-athletes to participate in any off-season conditioning or regular-season tryouts, they must have a VHSL Sports Physical on file. The cost is $25.00. Cash only. Please make the announcements at your school. 

 

May 31st. - King's Fork High School - 6:00 - 8:00 pm

June 1st. -  Lakeland High School - 6:00- 8:00 pm

June 2nd -  Nansemond River High School.
