Seniors, you will need to order your final transcript to be sent to your school of choice. Please note that ordering your transcript via Parchment is free for you until August 1st. If you need a parchment account, please remember to create one using your PERSONAL email address. DO NOT use your school email as it will deactivate after graduation.
Please allow up to seven school days (usually less than two) for processing. If you request your transcript over a weekend or holiday, processing may take longer.
Parchment Quick Start FAQ
Printable Parchment Instructions- Register for your Parchment account online through the NRHS Counseling Website. Use an email account that you check often (Not School!!!).
- Use Parchment for all of your transcript requests.
- If your school requires forms, turn them in before requesting transcripts (ie. GMU, JMU, VMI) from parchment.
- If you are also requesting a recommendation, email your counselor an academic resume (allow 3 weeks for recommendations)
Online access to most colleges.
- Sends directly to college/university.
- Sends to NCAA, NAIA & other clearinghouse organizations
- Sends to The Common Application
- Print copies for scholarships.

Lost your Diploma??
For $40, you can order your lost diploma directly from Herff Jones. There are a few pieces of required information that will need to be submitted prior to the replacement being processed:
* Completed Replacement Request Form
* If the diploma for your school is hand-signed by the Board of Education members, Herff Jones will ship the diploma directly to the school to be signed and ask them to forward it to you.
* An official transcript obtained from your school
* Check or Money Order made out to Herff Jones in the amount of $40.00
