    Art Club

    Art Club allows students in grades 6-8 to continue developing their artistic skills, explore new art mediums, and collaborate with other creative students to enrich their school and community.

    American Sign Language (ASL) Club

    Seventh grade students have the opportunity to learn American Sign Language.  The club meets during lunch and students learn conversational sign.

    Creative Writing Club creates space for young writers to experiment with various genres and to share their work with their peers.

    Drama Club is for students that love the art of acting and performing. Students will learn about acting, stage direction, and working backstage.

    Garden Club

    Garden Club provides a way for students to learn about gardening.  Students gain hands-on experience with maintaining gardens and flower beds.

    Ladies of Distinction

    (L.O.D.)

    The mission of Ladies of Distinction (L.O.D.) is to encourage, empower, and equip girls and women to be holistically healthy and strong: educationally, emotionally, socially, and physically.

    National Junior Honor Society

    (NJHS)

    The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship and helps middle-level students develop the knowledge and skills to become well-rounded student leaders in their school, community, and beyond.

    Student Council Association

    The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects.  In addition to planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare, the student council is the voice of the student body.  They help share student ideas, interests and concerns with the school-wide community.

    The Strategy Games Club

    The purpose of this student club/organization is for students to use critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills to play strategy games.  Students build community and critical thinking skills through engaging in games with their peers.

    Technology Student Association 

    (TSA)

    The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national organization of students engaged in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). TSA chapters take the study of STEM beyond the classroom and give students the chance to pursue academic challenges among friends with similar goals and interests. Together, TSA chapter members work on competitive events, learn and apply leadership skills, and may attend conferences at the state, regional, and national levels.

    The Yearbook club documents memories throughout the school year, fosters students' creativity through photography, encourages teamwork, and allows students to develop their leadership skills by managing projects.
